Combined mobile PROLUX G ® 36W/36WA DD is used for disinfection of air and surfaces without the presence of people and the disinfection of air with the presence of people. Germicidal radiation, which is ultraviolet radiation of wavelengths of 253,7nm on the UVC spectrum is used for the disinfection of air and surfaces.
Disinfection of surfaces and air:
Disinfection by UVC radiation occurs at the moment of exposure to microorganisms which die rapidly due to disruption of their DNA. It is used anywhere where it is not possible to ensure disinfection of the environment via common methods, and in places with higher hygienic standards. Common glass nor transparent plastic let through UVC radiation. UVC radiation is only let through pure quartz-based glass. Visible light blue light is not identical to UVC radiation which is invisible to the human eye. This is highly effective but complimentary disinfection. Not sterilization!!!
