RETURN WINDOW: Toulin Medical Company accepts returns ONLY within 14 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of delivery for medical equipment. This is a strict, non-negotiable deadline. Returns requested after 14 days will be REJECTED WITHOUT EXCEPTION, regardless of circumstances.
STRICT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for return or replacement, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be completely UNUSED – any signs of use, including opening the original packaging, will result in automatic rejection
- Product must be in ORIGINAL, SEALED manufacturer packaging – no exceptions
- All accessories, documentation, and components must be INTACT and UNALTERED
- Proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) must be provided – digital copies only from official channels
- Request must include valid government-issued ID (Emirates ID, Passport) for verification
- Product must not have been tested, examined, or handled outside factory conditions
IMPORTANT MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NOTICE: Medical products, sterilization equipment, surgical instruments, and consumables are NON-RETURNABLE except in cases of manufacturing defects verified within 7 days. Health and safety regulations prohibit returns of medical equipment that may have been exposed to any environment outside factory conditions.
WHAT QUALIFIES AS VALID RETURN REASONS:

- Shipping and Costs
SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS – STRICT TERMS:
Due to high operational costs and fraud prevention measures, the following strict policies apply:
- RETURN SHIPPING: CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- ALL return shipping costs are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer, regardless of circumstance
- Toulin Medical Company does NOT reimburse or cover ANY return shipping costs
- Items must be sent via tracked courier with insurance (minimum AED 50 insurance)
- Items shipped via standard mail or without tracking will be REJECTED and NOT processed
- Customer must provide proof of return shipping receipt upon request
- DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT: CUSTOMER RISK
- Although we provide return instructions, Toulin Medical Company is NOT liable for any damage, loss, or theft during return shipment
- Customer assumes ALL risk once item leaves their premises
- No refunds will be issued for items damaged in transit unless PROOF OF DAMAGE from the courier is provided

- Any costs incurred by Toulin Medical Company for verification, testing, or handling will be deducted
- Refund will be issued as store credit ONLY; cash refunds are NOT available
- Refunds via original payment method may take 21-30 business days
- For defective or damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost
- For items returned due to customer preference: Customer bears return shipping costs
