1. Our products and information
We supply medical equipment and supplies. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information and may be updated by manufacturers; we make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are error-free. Products are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals or facilities unless stated otherwise, and must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.
2. Quotations, prices and orders
- Most products are sold on a quotation basis. Prices shown on the website, where any, are indicative and not an offer.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and subject to stock availability.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing (invoice, order confirmation or email). We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or regulatory restrictions.
- Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes (including VAT) are shown on the invoice.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. Ownership of the goods passes to you only after full payment is received.
4. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the goods on receipt and report any damage or discrepancy in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Warranty
Warranty terms depend on the product and manufacturer and are stated in the quotation, invoice or product documentation. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Toulin or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Toulin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
